Acrobatics

Movement Training

We now run movement training classes on Friday nights from 6 til 8pm. These will teach you the skills need for free running and parkour. These are taught classes and so you should arrive at the start. The skills taught include back and front flips, vaults, rolls, handstands and cat leaps. The sessions are run by Soxacen Rodriguez who has been teaching free running for 8 years.

Acrobalance

What is it?
Acrobatic balancing is a form of two (or more) person acrobatics similar to the lifts you see ice skaters do.
Who can try it?
Anyone, but it helps if you are reasonably fit and moderately flexible (you can touch your toes!). This is a class for adults so unfortunately we cannot take under 18s.
How do I get involved?
Regular acrobalance classes are no longer running in Cambridge, but there is a class on Tuesday nights in Saffron Walden 15 miles South of Cambridge. Please email info@camcircus.org to register your interest.
