Dead protestor's family arrested

The father, sister, and partner, of Jill Phipps, the protestor killed under the wheels of a live export truck at Coventry airport, have all been arrested. Jill's father had vowed to take her place at Coventry airport, should the exports continue.

The father and sister have been released on bail, on the condition that they stay away from the airport. Undaunted, they have said they will return to Coventry airport, breaking the conditions.

Jill's partner has been charged with criminal damage, after chaining himself to the plane used to fly the animals out.
